·        Yes, as long as you are using a VOIP phone system, you’re able to provide your VA with an extension so they’re able to receive and/or make outbound calls using your agency number.

·        Yes, we are an office-based VA company. We currently have four Cover Desk office locations.

·        Yes, we certainly do. However, the training for your VA would come from your organization. Our training is insurance specific.

  • Your Virtual Assistant will work during your agency office hours.  Tasks can be assigned via email or your management system.  Your Virtual Assistant will be setup similar to a domestic employee.

·        We receive around 10,000 applicants each month from various industries, colleges, word of mouth.  We have established a very prominent reputation in the Philippines for treating our VAs well, we can be very selective.

·        After an extensive criminal, legal and work history background check, we conduct a personal assessment.  They are then enrolled in a 2-week insurance training, which acts not only to give them foundational knowledge, but also allows us to further vet them with quality of performance.

  • We operate in a completely sterile environment, no printers, phones, pens or paper.  We have all the output ports disabled and we do not house any of your data; everything is stored on your servers, within your system and on your cloud.  We also maintain an ongoing cyber security training with all of our virtual assistants.
