Pre-Screening

Criminal, legal, and work-history background checks are conducted on all incoming virtual assistants.

1. Pre-screening

Our recruiting team pre-screens all candidates. Because our virtual assistants are an extension of your business, you are part of the hiring process, meeting and interviewing prospective virtual assistants.

Personal Assessment

You don't need a sales leader, closer, networker. We use Ideal Traits for this assessment. You are welcome to use another preferred assessment as well as ours.

2. Personal Assessment

We provide a personality assessment. This is key to your success. We recognize that you need the right person in an administrative role—a consistent, reliable player, a perfectionist, a planner.

Interviews

Interviews are conducted with your team and our recruitment team via Zoom.

3. Interviews

Once we have collectively identified at least three candidates, we schedule interviews and provide resumes and personality assessments to you.

How do I assign work to the Virtual Assistants?

Your VA will work on your line of business applications.

Can they answer phones or make outbound calls?

· Yes, as long as you are using a VOIP phone system, you’re able to provide your VA with an extension so they’re able to receive and/or make outbound calls using your agency number.

Are the Virtual Assistants working in an office?

· Yes, we are an office-based VA company. We currently have four Cover Desk office locations.

Do you work with companies outside of insurance?

· Yes, we certainly do. However, the training for your VA would come from your organization. Our training is insurance specific.

Are they working overnight or during the day?

Your Virtual Assistant will work during your agency office hours. Tasks can be assigned via email or your management system. Your Virtual Assistant will be setup similar to a domestic employee.

How do you find your remote staff?

· We receive around 10,000 applicants each month from various industries, colleges, word of mouth. We have established a very prominent reputation in the Philippines for treating our VAs well, we can be very selective.

What kind of resources are in place to ensure the VAs will be successful once they are processing for our agency?

· After an extensive criminal, legal and work history background check, we conduct a personal assessment. They are then enrolled in a 2-week insurance training, which acts not only to give them foundational knowledge, but also allows us to further vet them with quality of performance.

What security measures are in place to protect from cyber liability?

We operate in a completely sterile environment, no printers, phones, pens or paper. We have all the output ports disabled and we do not house any of your data; everything is stored on your servers, within your system and on your cloud. We also maintain an ongoing cyber security training with all of our virtual assistants.
